Do you ever think, “Wow! Every single relationship in my life is just perfect?” If so, this conference is NOT for you. But, if you’re a normal human being who struggles to maintain peace, joy, and purpose in your relationships at home, work, in your community, or with the Lord, you’re invited to a special training October 2-3 at Butte Community Bible Church. You will learn skills and be equipped to see positive changes in every aspect of your life touched by relationships.

Ryan Ward, Director of Academic and Church Initiatives at RW360; experienced pastor, college professor & president, will be presenting an introductory training in Discovering Relational Wisdom and Relational Peacemaking. Attendees of the mini-conference will receive complimentary access to the self-paced online version of both courses to continue building relational skills. The complete course is approved for CEU credits in some settings (more details available at https://rw360.org/continuing-education-accrediation/).
You will take home from this conference:
- A Relational Operating System
Practical tools to become self-aware, others-aware, and God-aware - Ability to Understand Your Conflicts
Identify the root causes; see the issues clearly; evaluate your responses - A Biblical Approach to Conflict
A Scripture-rooted framework for resolving conflict, including confession, forgiveness, and reconciliation - Tools for Resolving Conflict
Practical tools for resolving conflicts at home, at work, in your church and community

The conference will resume at 8AM on Saturday, October 3. (Doors will open at 7:30. Coffee & donuts provided.) The last session will end at noon and a light lunch will be served. Doors will close at 1:30PM.
